Every hire is subject to a signed rental agreement, a valid driving licence, photo identification, proof of address and a security deposit. Minimum age, licence seniority, excess, included mileage and permitted territory are set out in the agreement. Quotes are valid for fifteen days.
Information submitted through the quote form is used solely to handle the request and produce a commercial proposal. It is never sold or passed to third parties for advertising. IP addresses are never stored in the clear: only an irréversible fingerprint is kept, for abuse prevention. Under the GDPR you may access, correct, erase or object to the processing of your data by writing to contact@purosnovelty.com. The only exception: logins and login attempts to the administration area, reported to the publisher by email (IP address, approximate location, browser) for the security of the site; location by DB-IP (db-ip.com), CC BY 4.0 licence.
